Moes was not a brand that talked about sustainability. It grew it.
On a rooftop in the city, Moes was meant to become a large-scale urban garden — a place where food, community and experimentation met. It was a profound experience to help Mirjam Slob give voice and shape to her vision.
Moes invited people to reconnect with food at eye level — by touching it, tending it and tasting it. Sometimes the future grows quietly, one plant at a time.
It’s sad that Moes never got the chance to fully bloom. But I love the idea with all my heart, and I still believe that every city in the world deserves a Moes rooftop garden.
