When artist Sander van Bussel shared his idea to tattoo the entire Universal Declaration of Human Rights on 6,773 people worldwide, I fell instantly and irrevocably in love. For nearly ten years, I dedicated my creative energy to developing and leading this international art project. From concept to execution. From Tilburg to all corners of the world.

Since 2012, Human Rights Tattoo has sparked social change through the power of art. Representing every layer of our global society — from CEOs to residents of slums, from human rights lawyers to LGBTQ+ activists. Winner of the Red Dot Design Award and the Grand Prix Award.

This project brought me everywhere.
